Is there a site where I can get access to equity research reports for free by wall-street analysts, as well as valuation models that they have built/inputs they have put into valuation models?

If you get a TDAmeritrade account, you get access to Credit Suisse sell-side research.
Some brokerage sites have limited ss research complementary (on normally a week delay from pub).
Free xls models= no lol. Most BBs publish summary models which are pretty useless for what you are looking to do. Some MMs publish more comprehensive looks at their models in reports.
if you are in college/university, check with your school's library or finance department. they may have a subscription to Thomson ONE or a similar data service (e.g. FactSet, Cap IQ, etc.) where you can access sell-side ER reports
