Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific information available about the Fidelity Equity Research Summer Analyst (SA) 2026 recruitment process. However, here's some general insight:

  1. Fast-Track Process: This typically refers to an accelerated recruitment timeline for select candidates, often through partnerships with universities or specific programs. It may involve fewer interview rounds or earlier access to interviews compared to the standard process. If your university mentioned a fast-track process, it likely means you were part of a prioritized pool of candidates.

  2. Recruitment Status: For the UK, you mentioned recruitment is still ongoing. It's common for timelines to vary between regions (e.g., UK vs. US). If you haven't heard back yet, it could simply mean decisions are still being finalized.

If you're looking for more specific details or updates, consider checking WSO forums regularly or reaching out to Fidelity's recruitment team for clarification.
