Help Needed Please - Balance Sheet not Balancing

Hi all,

Relatively early on in my financial modeling career and really struggling to balance my balance sheet on my first real model. !--break--> I've been playing around with it for days and combing through previous posts on this issue, but still cannot identify the issue. If anyone would be willing to help and take a look, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

The cash flow impact and balance sheet impact for "other accrued liabilities" and discontinued ops do not match. For other accrued liabilities, just link it to the NWC schedule and it should fix it. For discontinued ops, it makes no sense to have a fixed amount forecasted going forward. Would suggest looking up the definition of it and 0 it out for the forecast period. Also, if you're adjusting it in the NWC schedule, you'll need to add the impact somewhere in the balance sheet.

Edit: only glanced quickly, so there may be other mistakes as well. Can check it by going line by line and making sure each adjustment in the cash flow statement is reflected and show and equal amount in the balance sheet.
