Island
Anyone else in ER feel like they're stuck on an island? I just recently joined the industry and quickly realized how much this job gives a deserted island feeling. Not a lot of camaraderie and no true team environment. Considering moving to banking now because there isn't a team feel in this sector. Also feel a huge lack of training since I started which I feel IB provides more formally. Am I wrong??
