Fair. I think those guys more or less "ran" their respective groups and moved to more management positions. Global TMT investment banking lead for instance. I am just talking a high ranked analyst vs. a tenured MD. Of course at the associate and VP level comp is much higher in banking but seeing what biotech/ tech analysts make, are your typical MD bankers really making that much? I work for a high ranked analyst not in tech or biotech and certain he makes over a mill, don't think it's unreasonable to think that is prob what a typical non group head banking MD is making. Of course much less likely to become a high ranked analyst vs. climbing the IB ladder but just a thought
