Still haven’t had comp and bonus conversations

Hey, 1 year into ER so pretty new.
Have you all had or at least informed of the comp or bonus?

I have not heard anything from my bank. Is it possible that they don't increase my comp or just give me a minimum bonus whenever in the next paycheck? That's why they don't bother to talk to me at all.

There are so many flaws in your analyst's response. I don't even bother refuting.

or maybe your compensation is already very very high already?

What bank? If you're at a European bank it may not be decided yet. I'd ask another associate you get along with informally when you can expect to find out

And can it ever be?
