Still haven’t had comp and bonus conversations
Hey, 1 year into ER so pretty new.
Have you all had or at least informed of the comp or bonus?
I have not heard anything from my bank. Is it possible that they don’t increase my comp or just give me a minimum bonus whenever in the next paycheck? That’s why they don’t bother to talk to me at all.
Following, haven't gotten any raises at my firm in 3 years despite record fees. Is it normal to get annual raises at MM and BB? Even 3% COLA?
3 years and no raise? Why are you still staying?
Yea I am a big loser and don't even know what to ask/expect. My analyst said he never got raises when he was an associate. I find that hard to believe.
There are so many flaws in your analyst’s response. I don’t even bother refuting.

Comp isn't fantastic but I am not in NYC and I can WFH forever I believe.
What bank? If you're at a European bank it may not be decided yet. I'd ask another associate you get along with informally when you can expect to find out
