Wedbush Internships and Exit Opportunities

Can someone provide insights on Wedbush Securities (LA)? Specifically their ER dept?

What % of summer interns get full-time offers at Wedbush? And what do the exit opportunities look like? Can you transfer into IB later? Can you get into ER at some other top firm (JP, Goldman, etc)?

How does the compensation compare to consulting firms?

I think they are strong in ER. Maybe seen an analyst or two of theirs on cnbc

Dan Ives is a beast - by far their best analyst in ER and he covers tech. It’s clear that the firm values their ER much more than their IB when looking at their comp. ER is relatively in line with street, at a slight ducking due to Wedbush’s small size but their IB is drastically lower than other LMM. I’d say it would be a solid stepping stone in ER (If working underneath the right analyst) but a last pick for IB since the IB arm is very new and not leading on deals yet. Probably better work life balance though
