Given the limited number of available seats at top AMs, what is most heavily weighed/looked for in applicants? Is it the brand value of your bank/analyst ranking or more so networking? If someone wanted to exit to a top AM would it be beneficial for them to switch to a better sell-side bank/analyst ranking before making the exit?
