Capula Trading & Research Internship
Hey all,
I'm in the process of applying to Capula for the Trading & Research Summer Internship for summer 2026 (London). Does anyone have have info/experience with this program in any location? Website says Initial Interview -> Coding challenge -> Quant interview -> Final round; does anyone know;
- General timeline,
- Difficulty, particularly for the coding assessment;
- Return offer info/ %?

p standard process would say slightly easier than other firms.

any insight on the coding challenge? i come from an econ background, how hard is the coding? where can i prep?

probably cut. Idk how they do their resume screens but it's kind of bs imo. Made it to final round this year but never heard back last year when I applied.
