Coast or toast?

Currently working in a large LO (1T), focused on top down research (industry, macro). However, unlikely to be managing P&L. There is slow but visible path of progression.

I have 5yoe, TC is 20-30% lower than market, for 30-40h/week.

Feels like I'm at a crossroad here since I have 5yoe.. do I consider moving to a pod shop - higher intensity and better comp, or stay where I am and coast?
