Probably got school/gpa screened out. Only good thing going for me is my current internship, I just applied for exhaustivity. I applied on June 22nd if that helps

applied with ModernGuild and haven’t heard back at all lmao oof anyone else had this issue? I thought DES was pretty good with rejection letters so either they haven’t even reviewed or I got fucked so hard they wouldn’t even bother lol

I got an email from HR with a link to edit my application and password. At the end of the application, there was added section asking if I'd be interested in their renewable investment teams/portfolio strategies? type of role. Anyone else got this?

I passed a couple of rounds
First interview --> case study --> Second Interview
Not sure if the second interview is what some people above refer to as the superday. Now I am waiting to hear from them
