It depends on the location I believe. Ie I think for us based the assessment is selective

What does that mean? So will they take internationals for the prog?
They sponsor.
They need you to have right to work for the year at ubs, I asked
International in nyc program as well. As long as you have OPT you’ll be fine the first year. If you didn’t study in us then no. They sponsor H1B but only after first year - some technicality with the secondment I think. If you’re getting H1B your first go around I don’t think you really mind and you can just activate when you get to MLP. UBS has no role in this.
