Point72 Academy SA 2022 - NYC First Round Interview
Had my interview for Point72's academy internship program last week. Wondering if anyone got rejected or put through to the next round yet - they said there would be a case debrief next iirc.

Just to add a datapoint for those still earlier in the process (I got cut a while back), but a few of my friends have had their debriefs over the past 3-ish days and a couple of them were given Superday invites recently so it looks like P72 is moving pretty quick
Ballpark timeline (averaged what they told me): Case Submission -> (1 week later) Round 1 invite -> (2 days later) Round 2 invite -> (same day to 2 days later) Superday invite
Did they email you when you were cut? Also was their round two a debrief or an interview?
Never heard back after the Hirevue, so I assume I was just cut. And they said R2 was mostly a debrief, but they got some deeper Qs about their backgrounds (boutique bank internships) and why they wanna do buy-side instead of sticking to banking.

Familiar with process past this round.
Important to have multiple pitches in hand/discuss how your case study rational includes something the market excludes.
Has anybody heard back after the Superday or know how long it should take to hear back?
I was initially pushed back and took me a while to get a case study, but I did eventually get it and I sped through the process through the super day in about 2 weeks. Took me like 3 days I think to get my offer after my superday. Didn't end up taking it, but if anyone has questions about the process feel free to pm.
