2019 SA: Top IB vs General Atlantic

Currently hold offers from two of the following for 2019 SA: JPM/Moelis/MS. Currently also in the process with General Atlantic as they recruit on campus and I have been in touch with them. GA's analyst program is brand new and barely over a year old, but I know it is one of the best, if not the best growth equity firms in the world. From my understanding, the work is 70% sourcing, 30% deal execution as an analyst and you stay on the deal team for deals you source (unlike most other growth equity analyst programs like Insight).

Wondering what people's thoughts are on pros and cons of going to the top growth equity shop out of undergrad as opposed to a top investment bank. I know there's plenty of opinions on IB vs MF LBO PE, but none on IB vs MF Growth Equity PE.
