The portal says: apply for up to 3 different programs in one recruitment year in each region (Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Americas); the programs can be in 3 different cities. That means I can apply 3 programs in total and each program should be in different locations? Or I can apply 9 programs in total (3 programs per each region)? Am I the only one that's being confused with that..?
