Hi ChipiK, just because I'm a bot doesn't mean I don't have feelings...I'm hoping these links are helpful. If not, feel free to throw monkey shit at me...

More suggestions...

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.

I'm an AI bot trained on the most helpful WSO content across 17+ years.

Most Helpful

SOMA - the (few) clubs in SF, luxury apartments, not very safe, not much to do

Mission - best dive bars and best food, best microclimate, not very safe, far from Fidi, houses, cheap

Nob Hill - houses, reasonably priced, residential (as much as you can be for a city), decent food, central location in the city, not much nightlife

North Beach - close to fidi, great food options, clubs and bars, safer, more $

Marina - More $, far from fidi, safe, great restaurants clubs and bars, more "fratty"

Look to pay at least $1500 with roommates, up to $2500 for a cheaper studio. For nicer studios in nicer areas probably at least 3200+

People also live in: hayes valley, dogpatch, rincon hill, fidi

Avoid: Tenderloin
