went through a similar process last cycle. your thought process may differ but i personally would rank

GS TMT, MS Menlo, PJT, GS C/R, gap, EVR

personally the pay differential is negligible between all of them for me, so it comes down to experience and i think that GS (they will tell you which group you’re interviewing for although diversity may be different?) makes the most sense. i fucking love PJT and think they’re a top 3-6 outcome but GS TMT is top 3 and MS Menlo is top 2-6 as well. if you don’t have a preference on location i’d maybe put PJT above MS because i think it’ll be a bit less sweaty and better culture (i didn’t necessarily vibe with MS Menlo but you may have!). actually idk about less sweaty, depends if the IPO/equity markets are on fire in 2.5-3.5 years lol.

overall i would say to really think about whether you wanna do the extra BB stuff like running a cap raise versus just advisory and how that leads into your career. tbh i don’t think it fucking matters so just go to GS TMT and if not that then PJT. best of luck, hope to see you in the bullpen one day!
