24 April Recruiting Advice

Hi all,

Hope everyone is doing well with your recruiting or deals! I am an incoming Master's student at a decent bschool (Sloan/Columbia/Booth etc.), and graduated from a semi-target in Dec 2023. Interned in a middle market bank last summer but no return. Just started recruiting for 25 SA, and I clearly know I am very behind in the process. Could anyone kindly share some advice regarding my specific case? Is it a waste of time if I reach out to some banks that have wrapped up their 25 SA recruiting? Do I still have a chance for positions that specifically says "Junior in college only"? All thoughts are welcome and will be greatly appreciated!!
