Absolutely despise going into the office
100% convinced this is a just a control tool to make sure juniors do nothing else in their lives except dedicate every single hour to the job. Are we really all going to put up with 5 days back in the office?

So much more efficient and enjoyable to be in the office 4-5 days a week ~10am-6pm. Much rather walk up to someone’s desk to ask a question than to call them a bunch of times, also prefer to banter around with colleagues than watch Netflix while receiving comments every 20 minutes at home.
