Active hours post-work

Need to hear people’s minds on this. How much time elapses from the time you’re “done” work ti the time you put yourself in bed. Not really looking for how much time you go to bed in. That’s another wide band. Assuming I’m done work at 10, I’d probably go to bed between 1/1:30. If I’m working to 2, I’d go to bed at 3/3:30. If I take a 2 hour nap on a slower day for periods like this also in late May early June, starting at like 6-8, then I’ll probably go to bed at 3/3:30 also. Just sort of a night dweller. Need to live life away from work throughout the night. I’d really have to be working til like 4a+ for me to pass out right after work. I feel like that’s good and bad.

Also what’s the spread from pre covid to now. How much more or less are you doing? Btw I’m mid-year analyst (BB).

Thanks, Mr.E
