Advice on Equity Research Industries (Chemicals / Utilities / REITs)

I recently passed level 3 of the CFA and am looking to make a transition into sell-side equity research. I'm interviewing with the Chemicals, Utilities, and REITs teams for a BB and am trying to decide which would best position me for a transition to the buy-side in a few years.

Given that I'm interested in an investing career, what industry experience do you think would be the most valuable (Chemicals, Utilities, or REITs)? What do you think are the pros/cons on each industry?

Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
