have you seen anybody bringing an air matress to take naps in lunch or after dinner? Does anybody work at a bank that has places to take naps/shower?

Yeah, no need for an air mattress. People sleep under their desks or in the bathroom. Some banks have lounges with couches/cots to sleep on.

If the bank has a gym, it has a shower. Most do.
