Am I killing my chances to get into IB?

I come from a non target school, with low (3.35) GPA. I tried to get into banking but was not getting anywhere and started expanding my search. I now have offers from GE's Plant Finance Leadership Program (2 yr rotational) which is similar to FMP but you are on a plant and it probably is a little more accounting..and a financial analyst position at a publicly traded manufacturing company headquarters (but not fortune 500) company mostly going FP&A stuff... both pay about 60k

1st off- which of these jobs do you think is better 2nd- i want to get into Banking and plan on going to a top MBA program after working a few years then transition into banking. Which of these jobs will help me get into a top MBA program? I know GE will look good on a resume but its more plant finance than corporate.
