Analyst looking to move from NYC to London, Advice?
As the title states I'm an An2 in S&T looking to move from NYC to London. Preferably I lateral into a capital markets sell side role and don't mind starting as an An1 again. I don't have my UK citizenship so I would need a firm to sponsor. Was curious if anyone here has been through this process and if they recommend any steps. I've been applying internally and externally with not much traction and was wondering if using a headhunter might be more prudent. Any and all advice welcomed!
