Any Chance of Breaking in Without an MBA in My Situation

Currently in a finance rotational development program at a fortune 10. Went to a no name school and didn't even know about IB till my junior year. Being a first gen college student not many even know that IB is a career option or that school brand matters. My school has zero alums in any IB positions other than no name boutiques in my region. The students that are in these no name boutiques it's through connections and they tend to be snakes (tried to network with them).

To show you the brutality of even trying from my school. I emailed a few places senior year and places that had openings at no name boutiques and they said while they liked my experience (internships at 3 fortune 500 companies) they aren't able to train someone with no prior IB experience.

My plan was to get an MBA at a top 15 school to break in. Any chance of breaking in otherwise - I saw the probability was too small to try but wanted to pick other brains
