Are RX clients happy?

Title question for those who work in RX...

I'm wondering because I feel like constantly dealing with clients who are on edge due to bankruptcies might be a little exhausting. If they do tend to be unhappier in general, would you say their negativity is an overbearing aspect of your work? I'd assume that it really wouldn't affect the satisfaction you derive from your work on a day-to-day basis, but I have no clue as an outsider and you know what they say about assuming.

Just a passing curiosity that might be useful to know when considering offers. I know it sounds naive, but as a student, better to know this and have a bunch of anonymous users on WSO laugh and forget about it after 5 minutes than potentially end up disliking the culture of the industry I work in after 5 years.
