Army Medical DQ Post Graduation

I figured someone here might be able to give me advice.

A brief background: Economics & Business Degree from a Senior Military College Played Division I lacrosse & your typical extracurriculars Graduated this May

Anyway, I was supposed to commission this May into the Armed Services. My 5-year plan was Armed Services-> MBA-> IB. However, the fall of my senior year I ended up getting injured which resulted in a Medical DQ from the Army. I really wasn't planning on entering the workforce until after Business School so now I am left in this weird limbo. I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice as to what I should do now in terms of recruiting fulltime since I will be a "year" behind as compared to the other 2019 grads.
