How badly does being an ASO stub affect bonus comp??
was on the platform for 8 months, considered mid/top bucket.. made 30% base for bonus.. wtf

Bonus is prorated for the time worked. At GS they give you full year number for reference and pro rate based on how long you’re working. I heard full year stub for GS was $85k across the board (no buckets), pro rated to $39k for 5 months worked assuming regular start date.
My annualized was 65k, base is 200k, even annualized it’s only 30%.. seems crazy low
That’s not superb but reasonably within the normal range easily 35-40 (non annualized) has been standard a number places

for when MBA or lateral associates join middle of the year
once you complete a full year, no longer stub
