Really depends on how they structure their associate class. Example - A0, A1, A2, A3 follows the traditional 150, 150, 175, 200 salary progression. I believe some banks do A1, A2, A3, A4 which will most likely follow the same base salary progression mentioned. So A2 can be 175 or 150 at different banks. Of course, This is standard bank pay and doesn’t take into account EBs or smaller boutique banks.
Bonus range is about $125k-$200k depending on year.
