Working at a BB/Balance sheet bank is far more important in Aus.
VP at my current bank previously worked for one of the EB's mentioned above and didn't close a deal for ~2 years.
That's a good point. I think from the above four only Moelis has balance sheet capacity ?
Pay is not standard across banks - huge lack of compensation transparency in Australia
