Balancing Multiple Job Offers

First time posting but wanted to get some feedback on multiple job offers. My background is in internal corporate strategy/consulting for an F500 company currently making $115K in total comp. Ultimately my goal would be to pursue a T10 MBA to pivot into IB/PE in the long run. With that in mind, offers are as follows:

1. Big4 Strategy ($130-$160K base): Broad support functions but includes M&A (FDD,ODD,etc), process optimization, market sizing, etc

2. Promotion within current company/same line of work ($125K-$140K): Pure strategy development, project mgmt developing business/financial models for go-to-market frameworks within consumer/tech industry

3. Strategic Finance&Analytics at Global Investment Firm ($120K-$130K): Build financial/ROI analysis, tracking performance, other analytical driven works

Agree with your approach but as many experience, hard to really assess fit and growth opportunities until one actually starts a new role not to mention with this ongoing wfh situation. Regardless, will be sure to take your advice to heart, thanks

For Big 4, I would be joining as a Senior Associate and likely to get promotion within1-2 yrs but if I choose to stay with my current company, I can get Manager role right now which I cant help but think would have significant weight for B-school selection. Not to mention that corporate strategy would still be a decent route to IB/PE but wouldnt have pre-MBA M&A exposure to some extent if I opted out of Big 4. Plus would have more time to study GMATs and do other things to strengthen my application when time comes vs. flying around the country every week.

Focus on the exit opps to the best B school from each. 1 & 3 off the top seem like they may generally have the best exits. Management Consulting (even Big4) usually places well. Check out where your peers in each job exit to after 2-3 years. You’re not trying to climb to corporate ladder at any of these places, you’re trying to B school your way into finance
