BAML Palo Alto Office - Recent Thoughts?

Does anyone have any updated thoughts on BAML's Palo Alto office?

The few threads floating on here about it are pretty mixed - there's one from 2012 that's super negative and one from 2015 that's decently positive. I know it's not MS/GS/Q, but how does it stack up to JPM/CS/Other BB/EB tech groups? I know they were on Salesforce/Mulesoft, so that's one indicator that it's a decent shop. Any insights would be appreciated!

BAML tech has separate coverage and M&A groups. PE exits are much easier from M&A. Most go to tech focused MM shops. Megafunds are rare, although a few have gone to Carlyle and maybe a few to Warburg Pincus. No idea about hedge funds.

TMT NYC probably places better than PA tech coverage, but PA tech M&A places best among the three.

i haven't yet heard anything yet. i hear that they still are interviewing

just curious...what was the structure of your interviews? mix btwn technical and fit? how many interviews? what sort of questions?

i remember interviewing with em a couple yrs ago for an internship... they literally NEVER got back to me. the VP even emailed me a week after, saying that I should be contacted soon. nothing. wahhh wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
