BAML Veteran Associate Program 2020

Former Army officer looking to join the VA Program at BAML in 2020. Obviously as a veteran I don’t bring much technical expertise on the financial side of things, but the skills + work ethic I gained in the Army is what I’m banking on.

Any advice as I head into these interviews? What can I do now to prepare? What technical things can I learn? How do I differentiate myself from the other candidates? Etc..
