Sophomore summer at BofA in IBD is less than 80k prorated, my guess is it would be right around 32 an hour (for this summer at least) I have friends in the program currently
soph summer is $22 per hr, 30+ for OT.
are offers out for it? heard sds are next week

$22/hour and $33/hour for OT until 65 hours, where HR caps your hours. So each paycheck is ~2200 after tax because you’re not allowed to enter more than 65 hours
