I keep receiving this message that ‘my application is under consideration’ after my BofA SA 2022 application in early September. Please is there anyone in a similar situation and is there still hope for me?

The HR application systems can be WHACK. I have received rejections to jobs I applied to 5-6 years ago. Honestly a lot of the time they never clear out the application portal after hiring people and you'll be under consideration forever, which if it's been 3 months sounds like your situation.
I'd just ignore it and keep applying elsewhere, if they want to interview you they will contact you.
