Bankrupty Case Suggestions
I am currently doing a corp fin case where I need to analyze a recent US public company that has either filed for chapter 11 or on its way to doing so.
The company preferably should have easily identifiable comps, as the analysis needs to be extensive and I don't want to go digging for information. The project is 50 pages in length and is due in 3 weeks and require an array of analysis that include the following:
industry analysis, evaluating industry vs. company alphas, EPS and Cash Flow per share, DuPont and ROE analysis, Corp ROE & Ke, Comparing Corp Ke vs Industry Ke, Dividend Policy Analysis Corp beta vs Industry beta analysis, Altman Z analysis, Cash Gap/Cash Conversion Cycle Analysis on Company vs Industry, Sustainable/actual corp growth vs industry Investment Opportunity Analysis Past and Future Five year proformas Financials Management Incentive Program Analysis of Company vs Industry Beta Correlated to market penetration DCF Pricing PVGO Valuation based on multiples and comps
Does anyone have any suggestion on companies?
Any and all help would be appreciated.
US Airways or Delta would both be good. Plenty of data and opinions running around about the industry, too. Easy comps, plenty of research.
You could also talk about the major U.S. auto suppliers, such as Delphi and Dana. Like the airlines, plenty of data, opinions and research.
