Stay away from happy hour if you are a male junior. There is another thread here where a talented male analyst lost his job because female analyst snitched on him for buying drinks to their intern (male).
It's not normal for us to be walking around on eggshells terrified that one slip up could ruin us. What an insane world that we live in.

WF highly group dependent. Most groups have good junior culture but some work their juniors so hard that happy hour is out of question.

Honestly UBS. I left because it started feeling too shaky but for all their faults, at least my group had a fun culture.

HL is hosting like monthly "birthday parties" and other random happy hrs/socials, but i would rather see a larger bonus number than eat three slices of cake from magnolias

Wells is pretty good. MDs in my group are all very chill guys you can cut loose with at the HHs.
