base salaries for quant roles in different LOBs in the bank

I have a general question about the salaries for quant related roles. In the big investment banks there is a clear structure on titles. Assuming we are comparing apples to apples, let's say a person has been just promoted to a director level in Front Office Quant/Model Validation/Development(Tech)/Etrading Roles. Do they all get the same base? I assume the bonus percentage varies from team to team depending on how connected you are to the revenue(so etrading might be better off compare to the model val) but the base itself? Does it have exact same structure for every role? I am just curious in terms of money, if I work for the same company, how does the group affect my salary? Would I be paid more as a front office quant compare to model validation?
