Bb culture

So guys I’m prepping for IB recruitment with my MBA and wanted to know if anyone has a break down of each and every BB banks culture and edge over others.

I’m preparing a small spreadsheet to help me fill out my cover letters. Any advice on the subject or if anyone has any similar material please let me know.
