BB IB Or MBB to exit into senior Corporate rolls

Assume I will get a M7 MBA to break into MBB or BB IB. I would like to end my career where I started in Healthcare Administration. The upper level jobs pay an absurd amount but junior level employees get paid nothing. In between my beginning and end of my career I would like to work in a well paying transferable field, IB or Consulting. I am worried IB will be to finance based and CFOs are typically under paid in Health Care. I am looking to exit into a operational role down the line. 

It seems with MBB I can go into operational roles down the line but with IB and I may be wrong I can only go into a Finance roles or corp dev. Is that correct?
