I'm at a BB for SA. They are offering us housing at a local place in NYC. In my contract I get a 'relocation bonus' I'm declining their housing offer since I dont need it. So does that also mean I get my relocation bonus taken away from me?

I don't think so. Relocation bonus is part of the package/offer and you should be able to get whether you choose to stay at their place or your own. Also, may be they are just trying to suggest you a place where you should be able to find accommodation easily. In any case, talk to the HR contact about this and they are usually willing to help out.
