Any thoughts on switching from a U.S. BB bank in a mid-tier group to a middle-market bank? How might the experience differ (other than obvious deal size)?
Tired of the pointless, repetitive work, when none of the corporations we work with are ever going to listen to / care about what we have to say, while I assume companies in the MM could genuinely use and would appreciate IB advice.
