Be Withdrawn 2023 SA Offer by IB
My 2023 IB offer was withdrawn by my recruiter - a MM IB. (They do not sponsor H1B this year as they changed policy) Any suggestions for me to land another one this summer? I know the timeline might be too late, thanks!
Dude this is embarrassing - Firms withdrawing offers just weeks before you start…I’d advise hitting that cold email grind, and broadening your search (Not just IB, but buyside roles, maybe even consulting, etc.)
If you don’t mind me asking, did they at least give you a reason why they rescinded your offer?

You don’t have to share the name of the firm if you don’t want to, but I’d have absolutely no loyalty to a company that rescinded my offer a few months before I start

Lincoln employee here, haven’t heard anything of the sort and Lincoln has never sponsored H1B visas (didn’t change within the last year) so don’t believe this is correct.
