Being Discreet for Full-Time Recruiting

Working at a firm this summer, but interested in exploring opportunities for full-time. What is the best way to navigate the process:

  • should I apply to full-time positions with my 2025 incoming on my resume?
  • is there any chance of my summer 2025 firm finding out about me exploring other options?
  • is my return offer going to be jeopardised if that takes place?

Thank you so much, any advice on FT recruiting is appreciated.
