Being the only junior in the office
I’m starting ft in a couple months and will be the only junior in my group in my city. I have one associate who’s in a different city. I’m excited to hit the ground running and be given a ton of responsibility but concerned about how exactly I’m gonna learn the ropes and ramp up. In past internship experiences I’ve always worked with analysts and associates so this’ll be the first time I’m directly working with VPs and MDs.
Curious if anyone has gone through a similar situation and how they handled it.
