Berkeley Econ vs UCLA Biz Econ for IB recruiting?

CA senior deciding between the two. Goal is IB, open to the Haas internal transfer route if it's worth it.

From what I've gathered, Berkeley recruits better for banking overall (not too sure how the non-Hass will affect me). UCLA is a direct business admit, but from what I've read, placement seems weaker.

Is there anything specific at either school, whether clubs, programs, or alumni networks, that would actually draw someone toward a particular path in banking?
