They're a good, well respected, M&A adviser for (mainly alternative) asset managers. Not sure what else you want to know?

I heard they want to diversify into M&A for wealth managers but TBC how well this goes. The wealth management M&A market is seriously over banked. 

They're also pushing into GP stakes stuff (as is everyone). Sure they'll do well at this given their position within the broader asset management market

Pretty sweaty but only because they have high deal flow which is clearly a good thing. Smart guys, senior bankers all have good pedigree. 

I heard the culture in the NY team is a bit rough. Not massively sure on the UK culture but a friend of a friend worked there for about 5 years and said he enjoyed it. 

Have noticed they're hiring which I assume is why OP posted. I think its a good shop and is growing aggressively atm
