Best M&A news source?

Just wondering what sources people generally rely on to get broad M&A news, including the more industry-relevant details (leverage multiples, funding mechanisms, lead banks/law firms, etc.). I'm looking in particular for a place to get the "less newsworthy" deals on my radar.

I find Twitter to be the best way of getting real-time coverage on deals/M&A

Here are some people/feeds to follow:

  • Dana Cimilluca (@danacimilluca) - Deals Editor at WSJ
  • Bloomberg Deals (@bloombergdeals)
  • Dan Primack (@danprimack) - Mostly Tech/VC Deals/M&A. Also has a great newsletter at Axios Pro Rata
  • Maureen Farrell (@maureenfarrell) - IPO/Capital markets reporter at WSJ
  • Cara Lombardo (@CaraRLombardo) - Activist investor reporter at WSJ
  • Miriam Gottfried (@miriamgottfried) - Private Equity reporter at WSJ
  • pehub (@peHUB)

lot's more, PM me to get my twitter handle cuz i retweet a lot of them and aggregate

Sure, just check it out, it's amazing. I just use Mergermarket to pick up deal intelligence for interviews. If I look for insights regarding deal dynamics I would definitely choose Levine's column.
