I am not experienced enough to do an MBA but I would consider a masters of some sort that would be helpful for IB recruitment. I am coming from a Canadian target, was unfortunately laid off into my analyst stint as well as other juniors. Even with technical and deal experience it’s been very hard to find another opportunity as I’m competing with laterals from the big 5.
