Best resources to learn about REPE, or just RE valuation in general?

Background - IB analyst in a coverage group for an industry that is getting less interesting by the day. Already have accepted a PE offer to remain in the industry but not sure the better hours/pay will motivate me to do better work in an industry I am not fascinated by anymore. Have always been fascinated by RE, but looking for any useful websites/programs to understand it more before looking at switching paths. anything helps, thanks all.
